La MaRMiTe à SoNS  is an experiment that Christophe Rocher has been conducting for many years with all kinds of people: creating orchestras that bring together musicians and non-musicians. Sometimes, the group consists entirely of non-musicians. “I’ve carried out this project in schools, prisons, festivals, art schools, in Africa, in France, and in community centers. Each time, the final concert is incredibly intense and full of creativity that moves me deeply. Conventions shift, as does poetry; for me, it’s a profound human and artistic experience”.

All workshops culminate in a final concert, with or without a guest (musician, poet, dancer, etc.), depending on the context.
